Consumers themselves can be interpreted as customers, users, decision makers,
prices, goods and services, loyalty and many others. Some definitions of
consumers that is the decision making process and physical activity in
evaluating, acquiring, using and spend on goods or services. Each consumer
usually has a good attitude that perspective in decision making, experience,
and emotional.
Each producer should be able to learn the attitudes or behavior of the consumer, it is intended that the goods or services required can or in accordance with the wishes of the producers themselves, while the dimensions of consumer behavior that is how he got it, how he took it, and how he removes residual consumption or parts that are not consumed, the purpose of our study the behavior of consumers, namely consumer behavior it describes economic developments and interesting to follow, businesses should study the consumer behavior in order to retain existing customers and bring consumers a new, a good understanding of knowing and studying the behavior consumers can positively impact the sustainability of the company. As for some of the benefits of learning perilau consumers that assist enterprise leaders to understand consumer behavior and can take the right decisions, providing knowledge to researchers so that consumer behavior can be analyzed, and more. Marketing and consumer behavior largely determines the income of producers and market strategies that both can define evolving its not an enterprise of the producers themselves, there are some marketing concepts that can be done that;
1. Environmental analysis it is very influential on the company and its customers
2. The market research aims to collect data and informai on consumer behavior, the data can be analyzed and do the marketing strategy of the picture data
3. The market or consumer segmentation based grouping certain characteristics in common, and more
Consumers can determine whether he will buy or not an item can be seen from how important the item to the manufacturer, the benefits and usefulness must be in accordance with the needs of the producers themselves, and the price offered in accordance with the benefit of goods or services supplied from the manufacturer.
